The Kingdom Is Made for Such As These
The other day I went for a short walk in the woods with my sons and my six year old nephew. Along the way we came to an osage orange tree and one of them picked up one of the rotting osage oranges. From there, as we walked, it became a bowling ball, a football, a hot potato, and ultimately a bomb as it exploded on the ground. They were satisfied to play like this as long as the orange lasted.
Oh, for that same child-like contentment and simplicity!
